The air conditioning remote in our room didn’t work, which was quite frustrating during the hot nights. communication regarding billing was troublesome. it took multiple emails to clarify the currency conversion issue, causing unnecessary stress. Dinner was disappointing as the breads tasted stale and unappetizing, leaving us looking for better options elsewhere.

after my previous stays in kerala, i was pleasantly surprised by my long stay at this lovely retreat. the spacious room elegantly blended modern comforts with charming traditional decor that truly felt welcoming. the lush garden and clean pool were perfect for relaxing after exploring the vibrant streets of fort kochi.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to various attractions. The rooms are tastefully decorated with spacious interiors and include comfortable beds. The staff provided exceptional service.

We stayed in the Cottage with Pool View and it was such a cool experience! The outdoor shower was a game changer—definitely adds a unique vibe. The room was cozy with both AC and a fan, though the AC was a bit noisy at night. Loved the attention to detail and how the architecture felt so charming. Just a heads-up, the pool area had some pesky crows that could be annoying, but otherwise, our stay was pretty fantastic!

My suite was beautifully furnished with lovely touches of flowers, a large veranda, and an ultra-comfy bed that felt like a warm hug after a day of adventure. The serene vibe by the pool, where I savored delicious Kerala dishes, made my heart sing!

staying here felt like a dream with the refreshing coconut welcome and the perfect proximity to a few steps from the beach and the famous Chinese fishing nets, allowing me to enjoy tranquil strolling along the promenade while exploring local art at the nearby David Hall Gallery & Cafe.

Staying here was a dream! I adored the stunning garden, especially at night with it all lit up. Our room was comfortable, and the Kerala dishes by the pool were delightful. Just a few mosquitoes in the evening were a bit annoying.

The staff exemplify warmth and attentiveness, going the extra mile to fulfill requests, even braving the rain for chamomile tea.
